Hello

In Lindfield and Penny there is an example for the trapezoidal method
which is an implicit method. It should be straightforward to
generalise this code. You will find it in the mathworks web page,
look for contributions/books

you mean the A-stable 2-stage method of order 4 based on the Gauss-nodes.
matlab itself has it not, (even netlib has it not in some f77 or c-code).
maybe someone out there has it.
matlab has ode23tb (implicit runge-kutta order 2,3) and I guess this is
two stage RADAUIIa (like the hairer-norsett-wanner-code radau5, with three stages)
implementing this yourself would not be so easy, you would have to consult
some original papers in BIT and ACM toms.
a web search with implicit runge kutta gives 2700 hits, but two stage implicit
runge kutta none.
